How to measure the cooling fan noise
The noise of the HXHT fan is measured in an anechoic chamber with background noise below 15 dBA. The fan to be tested was operated in free air and a noise meter was disposed one meter away from the air inlet.

How to measure noise
The sound pressure level is determined by the background factor, and the sound power level is represented by the following formula:
  SPL=20 logP/Pref
And SWL=10 logW/Wref
P=sound pressure
Pref=reference sound pressure
W = noise energy of the source
Wref = noise energy of the source
  The noise value of the fan is usually plotted in the octave band of the sound pressure level (SPL). The effect of changes in decibel (dBA) is shown by the following symptoms:
  3 dBA has almost no feeling
5 dBA feels it
10 dBA feel twice louder
  Noise level:
0 ~20 dBA is very weak
20~40 dBA is weak
40~60 dBA moderate
60~80dBA loud
80~100 dBA very loud
100`140 dBA deafening
